At CZTech.online we want our customers to receive their orders in proper condition and as described on our website. If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order subject to the conditions below.

Returns for reasons other than those listed above are generally not accepted.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Include the original packaging and included accessories, where applicable.
- Not have any damage caused by the customer.
CZTech may refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original packaging or required accessories.
4. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or videos of the product, packaging or issue to help us verify the return request.
After reviewing the request, we will inform you whether the return is approved and provide instructions for returning the product.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is approved because you received a wrong, damaged or defective product CZTech will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any return that is not covered by our eligible return reasons.
6. Replacement or Refund
For an approved return, customers may request either:

If the customer prefers a replacement, CZTech.online may provide a replacement for the same product, subject to product availability.
Refund:
If the customer prefers a refund, or if the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The available resolution may depend on the condition of the returned product and product availability.
7. Refunds for COD Orders
For orders originally placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be made through Bank Transfer.
Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account details necessary to process the refund.
CZTech.online will not request confidential banking information such as an ATM PIN, online banking password, or account password.
8. Bank Transfer Orders
For orders paid through bank transfer, approved refunds will generally be processed through an appropriate bank-transfer method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
The customer may be asked to provide the necessary information to process the refund.
9. Non Returnable Situations
A return may not be accepted when:
- The return request is submitted after the 7-day return period.
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or required accessories.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling or accidental damage after delivery.
- The return reason is simply a change of mind.
- The product does not meet the conditions described in this Return & Refund Policy.
These restrictions do not prevent CZTech from addressing a valid wrong, damaged or defective product claim where applicable.
10. Return Inspection
All returned products may be inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.
If the returned product does not meet the return requirements, CZTech may reject the return request and return the product to the customer.
